Important Workshop Information:
Register through the buttons. Payment for workshops can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card.
WORKSHOP GUIDELINES
If you have any questions or concerns about workshops, please email: info@cfaer.org
Workshop fees include materials needed for the workshop. If there are additional materials needed, that will be stated on the registration form or through email.
Workshop registration is not completed until the registration fee has been paid.
Please register as soon as able. If a workshop/class does not receive enough enrollment on the week of the start date, we unfortunately will have to cancel the class. In the event of a class cancellation, we will notify all participants via email prior to the start date.
PARKING
CFAER does not have a parking lot. Free street parking is available on Rockland Avenue. There is metered parking on Colorado Blvd. directly in front of the Center, and a loading zone if needed. Please do not park in the loading zone, please only use the loading zone to temporarily load or unload passengers.
ACCESSIBILITY
There are stairs that lead to the main entrance of the building. If you need to use our ground entrance and elevator, please email miquela@cfaer.org before your workshop or class begins so that we may arrange for accommodations.
There are two all-gender restrooms available for participants to use.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
CFAER reserves the right to photograph, record and digitally document workshop participants, teaching artists and visitors to our location and artworks created and displayed onsite. This media is used for promotional, non-commercial and educational purposes online and in print. By participating during CFAER activities, you and on behalf of children consent to the use of your/their appearance and likeness by CFAER, the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs and its licensees, designees, or assignees, in all media, worldwide, in perpetuity. If you would like to opt-out, please email us at info@cfaer.org. Thank you.

REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, a full refund for your tuition will be granted for cancellations made in writing to info@cfaer.org up to two weeks prior to the start of the first workshop.
A 50% refund or workshop credit will be available for cancellations made in writing to info@cfaer.org with the two week period immediately preceding the first class.
There are no refunds or credit for future workshops once a workshop has commenced.
If a class does not reach adequate enrollment and is cancelled by CFAER, a full refund or credit is available.
